Million Mile Challenge

Overview

The Million Mile Challenge is a healthy living, physical activity and community building programme designed for local authorities; bodies with responsibility for public health or levels of physical activity; and organisations with large numbers of members or employees.

The goal is simple but inspiring: participants work together to collectively cover a million miles in 100 days.

Inclusivity is at the core the Million Mile Challenge and everyone is encouraged to take part irrespective of age, impairment, gender or fitness levels. The focus is on participants enjoying themselves while improving their health and wellbeing and building a sense of community.
