Making life better for sick children in Sussex & Surrey

Rockinghorse brings hope to families in challenging times, improving the quality of life for some of the most vulnerable children in Sussex and Surrey. Many of those we support are living with life-threatening conditions, profound physical or learning disabilities or have complex medical needs. Working in partnership with respite centres and children's hospitals, we strive to make services stimulating, cutting edge and accessible for the many babies, children and teenagers who need them.

Gold Challenge is the charity challenge where you take on Olympic Sports and Paralympic Sports to raise money for charity. Everyone aged 7 upwards can take part in Gold Challenge as an individual or as part of a team. Participants choose from the challenges available and fundraise money for one of Gold Challenge’s 125 charities.

Gold Challenge works with the British Olympic Association, Sport England, sportscotland, Sport Wales, ParalympicsGB and the National Governing Bodies of the Olympic and Paralympic sports. It is part of ‘Places People Play’ – the official mass participation legacy programme for London 2012.

We also offer several corporate challenges, which can be great for corporate team building and fundraising events ideas.
