There are two ways in which you can receive points for your sports:
Participation points (maximum 20 points)
Doing at least three hours of coaching (10 points)
Doing at least six hours of coaching (20 points)
Taking part in a competition or endurance event (20 points)
Bonus points (maximum 20 points)
You can also earn up to 20 bonus points depending on the level you achieve in your sport.
Simply print off your certificate from your My Page which will outline to your coach the bonus point structure. If you are a current competitor you can complete your certificate yourself and allocate bonus points for the level at which you compete.
You can log your points your My Page so that your supporters can see how you are doing.
